Let me start out by saying that I'm a natural redhead. Not ginger, but red, like deep red. When I first started bleaching my hair at home, I didn't realize how difficult it was going to be. Because I always have to double process my hair, which is very damaging and a little scary. I'm forever on the hunt for a bleach that gets the job done in one shot. I think I have found it, and this is it. I understand that it's 40 volume developer, but I've used other 40 volume developers and they did not do what this stuff does. I love it. I don't even have to tone my hair after I use it. Strangely enough, my hair has remained in pretty good shape since I started bleaching again a few months ago while using this bleach kit.That being said, the only problem with this product is the fact that it comes with very little. I mean just for my hair which isn't even shoulder length, I need two boxes. Even when just doing your roots, GET TWO. The price actually calculates out to about what any other brand costs on average for one, after buying 2. Either way, I am a huge fan. Too bad they don't just make a kit that's not so small.

The bleach works! My haircut did lighten. The toner took the brass out as well. But it did NOT get silver. Turned out more white but I am happy with the results.

my hair is a very dark brown and it lightened it to pale yellow and white in 30 minutes. would've lightened more if left in longer but was good enough for me to redye it with a light color.

I have med to dk brown hair, it is fine and limp, but won't go grey @ 68. This kit is fabulous, took 20 minutes to pull the brown out and " finally I have grey hair ...lol

I ordered this product because what I usually use wouldnt be delivered in time. Color matches what I want, 40 developer.... what could go wrong? There is almost not enough bleach when its mixed, it dries out especially on your length, very harsh on the scalp, doesn't process well at all! I had to wash it out after 40 minutes because it was burning my scalp. I expected to have some orangish tones being I washed out early, but it was too dark, almost red. It should have processed much better than this in 40 minutes. God forbid you leave it on for 60 minutes. Youd probably melt your scalp off, and definitely burn up your hair. As for the toner.... seemed like there was plenty. There wasn't. I think the majority gets sucked into your hair because it's almost dead. I followed directions and did sections at a time until my hair was totally covered, waited 30 minutes to wash out. While waiting, I will say the smell isn't pleasant either. They tried to give it some kind of smell, but it's a weird sweet, flowery, dryer sheet smell that's very annoying. Now for the result.... IT TINTED MY WHOLE HEAD PURPLE/BLUE! Is not silver or gray, its freaking violet blue especially a little higher than midshaft to the ends (basically the line of my other bleach.. BTW, ColorMe Blonde is the best!) I've washed it out twice, then used Dawn to strip out the color fast (works on everything else...) NOTHING!! I'm hoping my color will cover it. The only thing this stuff did right, is it did leave my hair fairly soft. Burnt the snot out of my slightly damaged ends so a haircut is in need ahead of schedule. Llamellar water helped but it gets hot... not good with a burt scalp. I cant color my hair until the burns on my scalp are healed up. I'm not into pain like that. This stuff would almost do well stripping concrete, or dying cloth. I'd give it -5 stars if it was possible

Bleach part of the kit works great.The silver toner didn't activate. Just turned my hair a strawberry/orange color and left the bleach parts blond. No silver color not even a hue of silver color

Love this stuff it works great. And the color really lasts. A quality product that is very reasonably priced.
