Works so much better than my old one. Built to last, too.
Powerful and reasonably quiet, this is a machine built to last. Seriously good quality. My last electric power washer was louder and too weak to clean the moss off the driveway, but the Sun Joe made quick work of it using the optional turbo head spray nozzle. I also like the separate nozzles for spray patterns, because it's very important to use the right intensity for a given surface. My old power washer had an adjustable nozzle, and if I wasn't careful, I could damage something unintentionally, like my car's nice paint job.Last comment: the instruction manual was very good. Overall, I'm very happy I spent a little extra on this power washer.

Not what is advertised
After receiving this pressure washer i was excited to test it out and use it around the house since it was such a quieter unit then my gas 2800psi craftsman gas unit. When i started to use it the flow seemed great until i placed a tip on the end with the highest degree (red) for it to do the same cleaning as the (white) . I then proceeded to put my surface cleaner on the end , and found that the sun joe couldnt even get the surface cleaner to spin to clean a sphere like its designed to. I then start my gas pressure washer to compare and it spun the surface cleaner with out issue , i went over the area i did with the electric sun joe for the gas to clean it deeper then the advertised higher pressure sun joe. My advice save the money and buy a gas unit , itll preform like advertised.

I really liked it while it lasted
This worked great for washing my vehicles, but it's no longer working correctly which is very disappointing considering it probably hasn't been used more than a couple of hours a year for a few years - maybe 6 hours max. But I assume it's out of warranty. The problem (in case Sunjoe is watching and would like to know) is that it sounds like a frozen electric motor. The thing is, the main compressor still runs, but it sounds like there's a second motor that's locked up. When the compressor isn't making noise, the locked up motor sound is very prominent. After running for a few minutes, the whole thing shuts off - either it's aware of the improperly functioning motor or it's overheating because of it. Either way, it's pretty much useless now. Today was also the first time I tried to use the detergent tank. It never sucked in a drop of the liquid - which made me wonder if that second motor noise might be a circulation pump for the detergent tank.Whatever it is, it's very disappointing from a name I trusted. (We have a second, battery-powered SunJoe and so far it's working well. It's probably had twice as much use as this one.)
