Worked well for my colonoscopy prep. I mixed this with water and it dissolved immediately. It didn’t have any taste. I did have to take Ducolax in addition to the mixture as advised by my Doctor. I was nervous as to what to expect since this was my first time doing this and peoples told me about their bad luck. I was already on a low fiber diet then liquid diet 2 days prior to my procedure so it made the process easy for me. You will want to be closer to a bathroom for the next few hours as it started working within the next 45 minutes for me. (This may not be your case since everyone is different). I did not have any cramping and let me just say, I felt like I was releasing like a faucet 🤷🏽‍♀️ My procedure went great and the doctor gave me a clean bill of health and I’m good to go until the next 10 years 😊 I would recommend this product . I’ll keep some on hand for future use. I hope this helps!

This product does help if you have issues, easy to use, try putting in you coffee in the AM, it dissolves, no grit, taste or thick powder! Works for me!
