I love these but they arrived dirty. The plates & bowls were all grimy. Not appealing straight out of the box like that.

I purchased this set as a gift and the recipient was VERY pleased with it! When she opened the box I could see why she requested it. This set is lovely and should last a very long time.

The dishes are great but one of the bowls was broken when I opened the package. Sent a message asking for a replacement to no avail. Would give this 5 stars if it wasn't for the bowl being broken and no replacement.

I love these dishes and they were just what I was looking for. The color is very pretty. I bought 2 sets in 2 different colors, the blue and the grey, to add a nice look to the dinner table. The main selling point on these for me was the size of the bowls. They are great! We quickly realized that if you fill these bowls you will more than fill your stomach! The mugs are a nice size but not super-size which is fine since we mostly use insulated cups for coffee, etc. The plates are the perfect size and have enough of a lip around them to keep your food from sliding off. There are small imperfections in the color but that adds to the charm. I wash these dishes in the dishwasher almost daily and have had no problems so far.

Would like to just email the seller, but can't find a means to do that. I really like the dishes. Delivery was even faster than expected and I'm very happy over-all and would recommend the dishes. However, One cup arrived broken. It looks like the handle had broken off and someone did a very poor job of gluing it back on before packing it up with the other mugs and mailing it to me. One bowl has a defect on the bottom...a sharp "spike" in the ceramic that was fired that way, so it's not fixable, but sharp. Can't use it. A few of the plates are "uneven" in that they're not uniformly shaped. They all sit evenly on the table, so I don't mind them...thinking they're "handcrafted" and unique, but my husband thinks they're defective.I ordered 3 boxes of these dishes (12 place settings) and over all I like them a lot. I would like to have the one mug and one bowl replaced without having to return an entire box. Is this possible?

I am in love with these plates. The picture here doesn't do them justice. I love the blue color and will be purchasing a second matching set soon. I haven't used the coffee cups yet because I have a favorite cup I always use, but they seem sturdy enough. The plates and bowls are very well made, just be somewhat careful as they seem like they could chip easily. I have had these over a month and no chips yet and I have 3 kids who can be a little rough at times. I did break one of the smaller plates, it was my fault though I was carrying to much and it fell. The bowls are perfect size for soup, cereal or a salad. The bowls are also perfect size for my 6 and 8 year old to hold easily. I have used some in the microwave and they will heat up after awhile, so as long as you aren't microwaving over 4-5 minutes (this is just a guess) they won't be to hot, of course check before pulling them out so you don't get burned, and use oven mitts if they are to hot. Overall these are a great set of plates in a beautiful blue color, I highly recommend them and will be purchasing a second set in the future.

Super nice item. It sounds fragile and I am extra careful when washing them. I like the colour and the trim. The coffee cups are relatively small, but that's ok. I like the finish, it's good looking, but like i said, it sounds fragile when I clash them together. Also, I received two packages because the first one had a broken bowl.Update after 8 mths of use: broke a plate a bowl and a mug and chipped a dinner, a bowl and salad plate. We are not rough on our stuff so they do break easily. We dobt have a dishwasher so we have to be extra careful when washing this dinnerware. Touching (or hitting together very very delicately) two plates together and bang! A chip. It seems sensitive to heat as well : we put a grilled cheese sanwich from the pan on a plate and it exploded. Ive had other dinnerware able to stand much harder treatment and not break nor chip. Its cheap. And i paid 65$ for the set in july 2015! Now its up to 100$!I suggest you shop around before clicking buy on this item here. There are better products and better prices out there!

These are absolutely gorgeous! I'm very happy with them!However, I have lots of other Rachael Ray kitchen stuff and the colours aren't the same purple but, it still works and looks great!The shipping was awful. UPS left it in the rain by the door cause I wasn't home during the day. I had an emergency and wasn't able to be home for a week and when I came home the box was luckily still there and not stolen from my yard but soaking wet from the rain and damaged so had to open outside and carry in one by one. Was not impressed. Definitely thought that a signature would have been needed and that I would have just been able to pick it up from their warehouse. Apparently not the case.
