Update: Customer service reached out to me and issued me a refund. They are the saving grace and hopefully they will have the manufacturer of this chair fix it's product or drop them.Original Review:This is the worst chair for this price point. The padding is basically card board and Styrofoam and it was flat within 3 months. There are screws that will hurt your arms if you put too much pressure on 1 side. I know this because I cut my elbow while sitting up and putting too much pressure on my left arm. Of course it is just slightly past the time I can return it to amazon, which seems all too coincidental.Pros: This chair is terrible and no one should buy it.Cons: I can't return it and make them not sell this to anyone ever again.

This chair is cheaply made. I have owned mine for less than a year and already, the arms are not well secured to the base. The place where you fasten the arm to the chair is a large opening and the screws and other fasteners do not remain in place. The seat cushion is not well constructed and you can feel the hard base of the chair. Do not waste your money!

Easy to assemble. the picture looks like it really is. The base and arms are plastic but very strong. For the price, this is excellent and I really like the back support and the strength of the spring that is adjustable for reclining.

Pros:- Very Comfortable for long hours of sitting- Good price- Decent QualityCons:- Mechanics squeak when moving- "Leather" is thin and can tear easily- Arm supports are plastic, coated in paint and the paint will scratch off.

Works good for gaming... armrests are great... ultra fast shipping... would recommend for long gaming sessions...

Comfortable, is adjustable and a pretty good desk chair. Only 4 due to the stiffness of the chair which will probably lax over time.

The chair meets all expectations for the price.The rollers are sturdy as is the shock absorber and tilt mechanism.Its not a recliner but does open up a good bit. It is a large profile chair and holds my 6'2'' 120 lbs easily.

Not worth the money.It offers very little padding in the seat and it pitches to the right.Taken it apart and tried to get it straight.Preset screw holes are slanted which causes the leaning issue.
