I came out out of a recent hospital stay having acquired a taste for ginger ale. Out of curiosity Itried this, a ginger beer. Dear God, I can't stop drinking it. A more pronounced ginger taste with a fairly heavy pineapple. Quite the combination; if you love ginger ale, I think this the next step up.Pricey, but when you have a habit . . .

Yes, Reed’s EXTRA in bottles has been expensive on Amazon. But, over the last three years, it’s been worth it to me to have ginger ale on hand for tummy upsets and as a treat. Sadly, the new formulation in the cans is DISGUSTING. As compared to the old formulation in the bottles, it is pale in color, vaguely rancid in taste, and has an unappealing thickish consistency. It’s so awful, I wondered if something went wrong with the lot and it had been recalled. I attempted to contact the manufacturer, but they did not reply, so I assume this is the new formulation. I am so sad to have lost my beloved Reed’s in the bottles. The stuff in the cans is not drinkable. Please Reed’s: Read this and tell me it’s been recalled and that you’re fixing the problem! Don’t let it end this way.

Real ginger makes a difference!

I have a good friend who drinks Reed's Ginger Beer as her guilty pleasure. It was out-of-stock and the website sent me to Amazon. The order was timely delivered and carefully packaged. She was thrilled!

Getting to high in price

The drink is wonderful but the packaging was awful. The packaging was wet due to two cans were crushed enough that they ieaked all over the rest of the four packs. These are not inexpensive drinks and I would like to compensated for the cans that were damaged.
