Love the flavor! It’s a perfect addition to salads. I plan to try in on salmon, also.The thickness is very nice & just right.

All of the flavored Aleta balsamic vinegars are good, but I particularly enjoy the orange-infused version. Because I'm sensitive or allergic to many of the additives (carageenan, various gums, emulsifiers, etc.) found in common salad dressings, I decided to make my own with this product and Atlas Moroccan olive oil (also available on Amazon). Both organic products come in glass bottles, which is another plus for people who care about their health and don't want to add to the planet's plastic crisis. Beyond the medicinal and environmental issues, this Aleta product is the best balsamic vinegar I've tasted. I'm on my fifth bottle and will be ordering more in the future.

This lemon-infused balsamic vinegar is flavorful, but one of the primary flavors is sweetness — and you'll see from the nutrition label that it's absolutely chock-full of sugar. Unlike a real long-fermented balsamic this is powered by concentrated grape must, which is incredibly sugary, and only secondarily the tartness of vinegar, the second ingredient on the label. The tartness is also quite strong, and the lemon infusion comes through strongly as well, but the overall effect is more like a dessert topping than a salad vinegar; it's overpoweringly sweet and not very complex. If you like sugar, this one may be for you; I think I'll struggle to get through the bottle.

Great flavor

A full flavored vinegar with nice viscosity. It’s sweetness adds just the right amount of balance without adding sugar.Love it on salads ( not using packaged dressing anymore) , and meats. Excellent for dipping!

I don’t like the color for a marinate for fish or chicken. I only use clear for that. It colored my chicken but tastes great. It’s terrific on salads, great taste!

This balsamic vinegar has absolutely NO lemon taste at all! It tastes like plain balsamic vinegar. It would also be nice if I was able to return it and get my money back, but can't. I won't buy this brand again, in any flavor.

I use this balsamic vinegar on my strawberry topped spinach salad! It is the best tasting vinaigrette I’ve ever had.
