Solve Out of Memory or XXXX Services have stopped
My parents had this TV for at least 5 years in a rural location with no Internet. They started getting Out of Memory and syslog or other services have stopped. I hate to see Electronics get trashed just because of software problems so found out that resetting to factory defaults resolved the issue.Reset to Factory Settings:1. Turn off the TV.2. Direct the remote to the TV and press buttons in exact sequence: SETTINGS, VOL +, CH +, CH-, VOL-, POWER. Press slowly, hold each button for 1-2 sec.3. Factory Reset should be done and TV should start.

Something went wrong with the internet connection and now my ...
Something went wrong with the internet connection and now my LeEco TV won't do anything but spin in a loop showing the logo. It won't even boot up to watch regular TV. I can't factory reset it because there are no buttons except the on-off button. The company is Chinese and went belly up and pulled all its assets out of the United States. Can't use the factory warranty. The phone number and English website is gone. The website is in Chinese. There's supposed to be an app to reset the TV but I can't find that either. Can't find any parts to replace to make the TV work again. Its a rip-off and I can't believe this guy is still unloading them on unsuspecting customers.

Incredibly buggy UI
Pros: Great 4k display, beautiful design, picture quality is excellent.Cons: The UI is incredibly, horribly buggy. It consistently disconnects from the WiFi - I have another much cheaper smart TV that never has this issue, they are both very close to each other. Apps randomly crash. Some are very slow to start. I would recommend investing in something a little more upscale, because while the screen is excellent - the user experience is horrible.

Cheaper From LeEco direct
Great TV. But buy it from LeEco directly as it is $200.00 cheaper and Amazon does not price Guarantee with the manufacture. Amazon has some very strange practices and false advertising. Price guarantee my azz.

Good, but not good enough for my standards
Let's start with the good:The design is great. Very minimal bezels, mostly metal body, and good looking (and sturdy) legs. The top 2/3 of the screen is very thin. Bottom 1/3 is thicker, but houses all the internals. The panel is great for a TV of this price. Not the brightest, but will do for most environments. Displays a wide color gamut and has low input lag in game modeThe UI is good, not great. Android TV feels familiar if you use an Android phone and actually allows the TV to be setup using an Android device. Still some bugs with certain apps force closing. The sound is about as good as you can get in a TV. Due to the form factor you're obviously not going to be getting deep bass. Rather shallow sound. But that's TV speakers for you.Now the not so good:Frame bent: This isn't necessarily LeEco's fault, but about halfway across the top the frame was bent. Imagine the iphone bend problem...it looked like that. Luckily, it didn't seem to affect the panel itself. It was there from box opening. I 2 person lifted the TV properly, so it wasn't my handling that caused the damage.Light bleed: For some reason LeEco decided to light the entire screen from the bottom. On dark content you can definitely see a small strip of light bleed on the bottom edge.Clouding: Again, on dark scenes you can see some clouding of the blacks. It's hard not to notice once you spot it. Bright and/or colorful scenes don't suffer. So in summary, this TV is good, but not without flaws. I got it for under $700, which is a good price for what you're getting here. Panel differences could eliminate the clouding or light bleed issue, along with the bent frame. I definitely wanted to like this TV, it looks excellent in my living room. Right now, I've purchased a refurb Samsung KS8000 to test this one against. If the Sammy ends up being better, the LeEco is going back. If not, Amazon is willing to provide a replacement for this TV free of charge due to the issues.

Pros: Looks great & Google Play Store. Cons: No Amazon Instant Video & won't work w/ a Harmony Remote
I upgraded from a 2013 LG Electronics 42GA6400 42-Inch Cinema 3D 1080p 120Hz LED-LCD HDTV with Google TV and apart from a couple tiny complaints (see below), I'm very happy. This TV is unbelievably slim and it doesn't waste space on unnecessary design details, which I like. It is simply a giant TV screen. The picture quality is pretty breathtaking especially if you haven't had a 4K TV before--which I haven't. Initial set up was fast and painless. It took two people to get out of the box, pop in the legs, tighten the bolts, then stand up. All very straightforward. After turning on the TV for the first time, it walked me through the set up including connecting to my Google account. It performed a quick update and then it was ready to go.I like the interface a lot. I was able to install my favorite apps directly from the Google Play Store, though more home screen customization options would have been nice (there is a whole suite of LeEco apps that I would prefer to ditch, but it's not too cluttered). My first complaint is that I can't install Amazon Instant Video. I really hope they make that available in the future. My big complaint has to do with the remote, or rather, the lack of ability to use my Logitech Harmony remote. I did read that they are working on that, but for right now, I'm stuck using two remotes: one for the TV and one for my Direct TV. It's annoying and there isn't a workaround yet that I've found (if anyone has a solution, please let me know).

I've had this tv for 4 years, bought it at Walmart.
The tv has held up pretty good over the years, the sound is decent, this is some lag playing games like GTA5 and COD but the worst problem with this tv is that you can't get some apps because the tv doesn't update anymore because I think the company went out of business. So like I can't get Hulu to work but Netflix and peacock work fine and YouTube works only sometimes. I might upgrade in the future but for now it's a good tv. It's hard to get rid of something that works.
