Although I've had issues with other Now Foods supplements not being potent enough or as high quality as they could be (hello Garlic) they did the job well with the Ginger Root Extract. Standardized so you know what you are getting with the all important Gingerols at 5%. They smell good too :) Very gentle on the stomach (and great for an upset stomach). They are a terrific anti-inflammatory that I go to before reaching for the ibuprofen. I also like that they are vegetarian capsules. Highly recommended.

As the title says, this is one of my favorite supplements!!Unfortunately I have nausea quite often, so keeping a good ginger supplement near by definitely comes in handy! These little babies have saved me more times than I can count.Any time I start feeling a little sick I take one of these, and within 15-30 mins I’m all good.I definitely recommend these to anyone and everyone. Not just people with frequent digestive issues, but for the price it’s crazy not to.I can’t count how many times I’ve saved the day for coworkers, friends, family, etc because I keep these with me.They don’t taste bad, they're easy to swallow, and all natural. Can’t beat it!!

Good, works well. It's strong and takes effect quickly. This is basically a natural pain killer and it's surprisingly effective. Just don't take it everyday, only when it's needed and it does thin the blood, so keep that in mind.

While browsing online looking for a ginger root supplement I came across this product, and (NOW supplement ginger root) and decided to purchase it.I am pleased with my purchase of this product.

These are lifesavers. Suffered a two+ month heavy stent with trauma induced menorrhagia. Read an article that ran a study suggesting this. Worked well to finally give relief and help keep me from going anemic waiting for ‘modern meds’ to work. Will keep this in stock for tummy upset too. So many good uses. The item itself arrived as if taken off a store shelf. Decent price. Highly recommend.

I haven't been taking these very long but I think they help. I had a flare up recently with my ibs which means my stomach was very picky for several days after. These help keep things calm. Pickled ginger also helps but obviously these are easier to grab at any time.

This worked well. I prefer to buy Turmeric & Ginger together. If not available, I purchase them separately.

I really wanted to like this because the price was so good but it has too much of a strong ginger essence that I taste when I swallow which I don’t like, plus I think it upset my stomach even when I took it with food, I found another brand of ginger pills which don’t cause these issues so I will stick with them. But honestly if it hadn’t upset my stomach I would have continued to use it because the strong ginger taste was tolerable, the upset stomach wasn't.
