Revgear Economy Padded Staff (5-Feet)

I bought this staff on the advice of my chiropractic doctor. I use it for physical therapy on the back of my neck. It works well for that and also as a walking staff. However, I have no idea of its use in martial arts.

Goodone for a beginner but felt a little pricy

the thin layer of foam outside the PVC is much easier on the hands and body when practicing unfamiliar routines & ironing out motions. good for the price

Decent staff for practice. Foam did start to tear we are and slide down pole after a bit

My 8 year old little black belt Grandson loved this and as soon as he opened it on Christmas he started showing the family how much he has learned at school.

Kids like it. it's well padded and there's a lot of flex. Seems pretty safe for kids ... the flex may be too much for someone training competitively.

I use this thing everyday and I've gotten so much faster with it. It's super safe to use and man if you practice enough you can be a pro using any bo staff after this! Amazing product. definitely superior to its counter part aka (the nunchuks)

My eight year old son loves this and I appreciate how many fewer accidental bruises I get thanks to the padding.
