Hello. Under Product information, Technical Details, the information that this alarm requires 2 AA batteries is incorrect. It does not take AA batteries. Just the built-in lithium batteries.

Q: When a false alarm trips & all alarms are ringing, do you have to turn off each one individually?

No you don’t need to turn off each one, but you need to find which one set off the alarm and silence that one, otherwise the alarm will come back. Too many false alarms so you have to do this exercise very often, at your most inconvenient time.

Q: A review talks about using a master and slave concept. Does this unit need a master hub to connect 3 units in one house.

Hello. Yes, but any of the P4010 wireless alarms can become the hub. The alarm you use to set up the network and find all of the other alarms becomes the hub and all of the other alarms will need to be able to communicate directly with that one alarm. Make sure to put that alarm in a central location and keep track which is the hub alarm.
