I’ve been using this dermal roller for a short time, and I’m already impressed. The handle feels sturdy and comfortable, and the roller glides smoothly on the skin. The needles are fine enough to give a gentle prickly sensation without being painful. After just a couple of uses, my skin feels fresher and looks a bit more radiant. I’m excited to keep using it and see long-term results. Great quality for the price!

I bought this product a while ago. - Durable, as it is still sharp after many uses. - Great value for the money. - Good size, easy to store. - Works very well.

The roller itself seems good quality and solid, but the 0.75 size really hurts if you’re not used to microneedling. It was more painful than I expected, especially on sensitive areas. If you’re new to this, I’d go with a shorter length first. Once you get used to it, maybe then move up. It works fine, just not very comfortable starting out.

Only used it once so far but I like it. My wife and I hit a couple thinning spots on our heads and both could feel the "needles". We got the 1mm and I think that's the way to go for your scalp. Shorter and it might not reach through your hair, longer and you might be suffering from a stabby scalp. Combining this with red light therapy to help, didn't want to go the monoxidil route after reading the side effects around depression and moods changes.
