Not Cold Weather Socks!
They’re nice little socks, but they’re far from ‘thick’ wool. They are in fact only 35% wool. The rest is 36% polyester and 29% cotton. They are quite thin, and more of a dress sock than a Winter sock. Not worth sending back, but I can’t say that I’m happy either.

Daughter loves them
I store my children in sheds - like they are gardening tools. Just kidding, we used custom built sheds as shells to make tinyhomes for my two 18-year-olds. (Turning 18 during a pandemic sucks. This gives them some autonomy.) We are still figuring out the solar power, etc., so it can get cold in their houses at night. My daughter is skinny and has poor circulation in her feet, she gets cold easily. She said these keep her comfortable.

Warm and Cozy
These are warm socks but not what I'd call something for extreme extended outside cold-weather wear. They are perfect for an average Mid-west winter. They keep my footises nice and warm in the house, and plenty warm in boots for short outings in the winter. They also seem to have enough natural fibers in them to let them breathe. They aren't overly thick. I recommend them.

Very disappointing
Do you like wool? This had none of the properties of wool. The opposite actually, it felt like i tied a plastic bag around my damp foot before putting these socks on. No, this isnt a problem for dry feet in dry climates. But the keyword “wool” is the offender.
