Got this to score when I was making something from the cartridge Tags Bags Boxes and More. If you need to make more than just a couple...this is ok. But changing your housing every single time to score correctly is annoying. Go on YouTube to see how it is done. No directions anywhere. The tip does not really score well...it does leave a visible impression...but not enough to be totally useful. You can also use your housing for your regular blade and turn one of your old blades upside down and use that. It is metal and works slightly better than the plastic.

That this piece fit exactly what I needed.
It was exactly the piece for my cricut I was looking for. I have the old cricut, like the first one ever. And you can't buy the replacement pieces anywhere.

I chose this holder because it was plastic and easily altered to fit my silhouette, had to work with the settings on my cameo but glad I did I can now use cheaper longer lasting blades, the silhouette ratchet blade dulls to easily and can add up in costs

Do not buy if you have the Cricut Explore Air machine.
I'm sure this works just fine - on the one machine it's intended for. I wish the description had made it more clear that it does NOT work for the Explore Air machine. I'm a newbie to the cricut world so I'm not familiar with all the tools, terms, and machines.Sadly I opened it and tried to insert it so I can't return it.

Not clear on what machine it belongs too
Disappointed. Ordered for my wife for Christmas and didn’t see where it stated what machine it was for. It does not fit her explore air 2 and now I am out money and have a product she can’t use in her machine
