I use this to increase circulation for health benefits. I forgot 😨 to remove one and they fatigue me if that happens. On the north side the magnets will bubble up. And the gold will flake. This takes days over weeks. It's like a really good bandaid.

These work great! I use them for my wrists. I actually do not use them with the stick ons they give you. I put them inside some wrist bands that have a zipper compartment on them. They definately take care of any soreness. When I say they are strong magnets, I mean it. I have attached my wrist to our metal garage door!

I have worn magnets for over a decade to help with lower back pain. However the magnets worn were the Serenity 2000 brand magnets and they were effective. Since my back pain has increased I ordered these magnets because they were supposed to be stronger difference being14,200 gauss as opposed to 5000. They are not. Normally I would wear them on the band of my undergarments close to my body but they slip with the slightest movements and seemed non- effective much less grip to the backer when worn . So I decided to adhere them to my body directly using the sticky pads provided. They wouldn't even stay on a full day. Normally this wouldn't be an issue with the other brand as I would have to rip them away after a few days even after showering with them on. Not the same with these. So very disappointed as I really needed these to work for me. Will be going back to the original magnets.PS, I wore the magnets for 2 days and had to remove them because I broke out in blisters underneath. The product is described as being "gold plated". I have metal allergies but NOT to gold. I am disheartened with the deception of this item. DO NOT BUY!

The premium adhesives that comes with the magnets are good ,they stay at least for 3 days , the ones I bought as extras nit so good, very weak adhesive ,they don't stay on ,not even for 3 hours , that was a waist of my money, I will ask for the premium ones on my next order.

I've used magnetic therapy for several issues over the years and has helped with knee, back and shoulder pains. By changing the 24K to 14K without notification to me the maker knows the plating won't last and making the product cheaper as well as possibly making them more durable like jewelry but none the less deceptive advertisement for sure. I do like the option to these for the metal disk to help keep them close to in place without having to worry about the adhesive patch falling off from sweat. If the magnets stick together you will have to slide them apart possibly placing them at the corner joining "90°" edge of a countertop and using a wooden or plastic item to slide apart " 1 above the counter top 1 below " so you don't damage the magnets or coating . Be sure not to allow them to just smack together due to the fragility of the magnets " they will break " .

Have really bad shoulder problems. Like 20 days of pain a month. Use the first time worked and times after I take a break between uses. Always regret taking it off but the patches can be rough on my skin. Adhesive makes me itchy after a couple of days I also believe that it may not work for everyone. Everyone has their own electric current. It’s worth a shot.
