IntermaticT104R Electromechanical Timer, 208-277 V, 40 A, 1-23 hr, 1-12 Cycles per Day

This 220V timer replaces the same one I have had for 30 years, Obviously they are quality items. All metal including the box it is mounted in. Wiring diagram in the cover is difficult to see, very small print. However there are several wiring instructions on You Tube that work fine. As I was replacing a like item I had no fuss with the wiring. Mounted outside on the wall of the house, controls my in-ground pool pump. Easy to install, easy to program and works fine right out of the box. The reason for replacement of the old one was the clock motor stopped working in the old one. Not inexpensive but after 30 years of use I got my money's worth!

So easy… simple swap out, took me 20 minutes .

This was a snap to install and functions exactly as expected to date.

I've owned this timer for less than a year, and it has failed. But, I've had two other ones that lasted nearly 30 years, so I think this one is NOT typical. The product is supposedly warranted for a year.My complaint is customer service. I called Intermatic and was told it is probably the clock motor, and to submit a warranty claim on the website. Intermatic does not pay anyone to replace the faulty motor, or send anyone out to do it--I have to arrange and pay for that.And, when I went to the website and registered, the site told me I cannot complete this warranty claim until I receive, and acknowledge, an e-mail from Intermatic to me.That e-mail from them to me never came, so I have not been able to submit a warranty claim. I went back over things and I'm certain I did everything correctly. So, great product, but poor service...
