This bed is amazing. Delivery was postponed twice but I really don’t mind for the quality you get.Very solid, and so clever (the entire bed fits inside the headboard).Looks lush and expensive, the dark grey is beautiful.It does not squeak, and comes with quality tool, and is very easily put together (took me 45mn on my own with kids around). Instructions are very easy to follow.I have had many beds over the year and this is the only brand I will get now.I have the king size - I put 2 twin mattresses on it and they stay in place. We love it.

Bought one of these when I moved into my first apartment during college and it exceeded all my expectations. Options for bed frames at IKEA and other stores ended up being quite pricey so I was pleasantly surprised to find the ZINUS options on Amazon. It looks much better than many options at this price point and is easy to assemble/disassemble and quite sturdy with no squeaking or shifting. I've recommended it to many friends who have tried it and also been quite pleased. If you're looking for a budget frame for college or your first apartment give it a try!

I purchased a king for my master bedroom and two queens for my guest bedrooms. I have had these for two years. The beds have remained solid and sturdy. The fabric on the headboards still looks new. I built all three by myself and found assembly to be very easy. I especially liked how the beds arrived with all parts contained within the headboards. The height of the beds are just perfect. You will not find higher quality beds that look as nice for anywhere close to this price.

Not only is this bed of great quality, I could tell that the seller is phenomenal as well. Prior to purchasing this, I read through at least 40 of the reviews on here to see if I would regret it. It was significantly less expensive than I had imagined for a quality platform bed so I was apprehensive to waste money on a "cheap bed", but it was the style I envisioned for a long time and I really wanted it to be quality. Spoiler* It totally exceeded my expectations!*A few reviews mentioned that it was heavy, but I felt I would be more concerned if it was not heavy- I imagine that durable parts are going to be heavy and if you're ordering a bed that you want to stay together and bear the weight of a good mattress and 1-3 people, you should be prepared for a heavy package. My package was heavy, I was relieved.A few reviews also mentioned that it was hard to put together and that the directions were less than comprehensive, sometimes non existent, as well as some of the necessary parts. I did notice that a lot of those reviews were old, so I was hoping that meant that the seller had since improved- and they certainly did. I am 5'5" and 130lbs, I put this bed together entirely on my own in under 1.5 hours. The directions were well written and included photos. As far as parts and pieces, there were only 8 screws total that need to be inserted and they provide you the allen wrench to do that with. (They also provide a small spare parts section of all the size screws in case you lose one- awesome!)A few reviews mention that they were confused and thought they only received the headboard and it took them a bit to realize the parts were inside. I think the seller has since improved that as well because when I opened mine, there was a big exciting "here we go! parts are all inside!" sticker right next to the zipper that opened the headboard so I had no question about what to do next. The zipper was actually a really neat unexpected surprise to me as well, as I had imagined that the headboard was hollow and open at the bottom part, where I would find the parts, but actually they were neatly zipped into the back. That also allowed me to store the directions and spare pieces they gave me right back in the headboard, unseen and not lost, in case I need to take the bed apart in the future to move.My only con is that I personally thought the headboard would be larger and you'd see more of it as I was really looking forward to the diamond stitch and this color gray (and was impatiently awaiting it's arrival to start planning what nightstands would match). However, I think this is my own fault because I am using my own pillowtop mattress which is probably taller than most mattresses that Zinus sells for this bed, so by the time I made the bed and put pillows on, there wasn't much headboard left to see. Still worth it!Lastly, my package included a note from the seller which I thought was just the coolest and cutest thing ever! They personally thanked me for my purchase, mention that they read all reviews and make improvements as suggested, and even provided a blank "thinking of you" and "thank you" card that they encouraged me to send to a loved one just because- how thoughtful! As stated above, reading the reviews first and then receiving my package with improvements to things that customers had complained about, I whole heartedly believe that they are a customer service oriented company and aim to continuously make their product better and have succeeded in doing so. I've bought this bed twice, and I love how high it sits off the ground—it's nice to have a bed that's not so low. It's life-changing for someone of my height. It's affordable and easy to assemble, taking only 3-4 times less time than usual beds on Amazon. Although it’s inexpensive, it's sturdy for the price. However, the legs may break after a year and a half if you're prone to moving it. Aesthetically, it's okay but does leave something to be desired; nevertheless, it's very comfortable.

Good price, Good looks, easy to steup, comes with all the required tools.It is a bit heavy though, and I needed help taking it to second floor. Took almost half an hour to assemble.

This bed frame was extremely well packaged to prevent damage but also to prevent styrofoam from infecting your house. The instructions were easy to follow and the handy little ratchet with Allen head was fantastic! The bed frame seems well designed and sturdy, and it went together flawlessly! Highly recommend!

Was super easy to put together, took me maybe 30-45 minutes by myself. Seems super sturdy once it was all set up. Got the king size and looks great.

The bed arrived in 2 days with prime. It was well packaged. Everything was included inside the headboard. It was very heavy for me to manouver. I read the instructions but still felt the need to find a video of someone assembling the same bed. It was easier to understand after seeing the video. I am a senior and managed to assemble the bed myself in just over an hour. Someone with help could easily do it in half that time. The ratchet tool included made the job easier than just an Allen key for me. All hardware was included and labeled. It is a very attractive bed and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone . I would also order from the company again based on my experience. It is now set up in my guest room awaiting its trial run. I am pleased with my purchase.

Love this bed. A beautiful colour, nice quality fabric and super sturdy. All the piece came in the headboard and assembled very easily, it even came with a Allen key wrench, that maybe wasn't the bed quality but was super handy. I wish the headboard was a bit taller but that would have made it more expensive so I'm ok with it. The only quality issue that I could passible knit pick about is the corner of the fabric are not super crisp. I sew so I know how to make a nice sharp corner with fabric but I don't think it would be noticable to anyone who doesn't sew.
