I've been searching for a safe and effective form of magnesium, and magnesium glycinate is one. My doctor recommended this specific product to me. I noticed from the picture that it used to be available in 400mg, but now it's 350mg. After a week, I could already feel the effects, which I'm very happy about. I don't plan to take the supplement regularly, but it's a great emergency aid for stress and exhaustion.

I only take 2 or 3 capsules and am asleep within 30 minutes and stay asleep for a minimum of 6 hours.

Ok product, but I prefer the Mag-Ox product instead. I gave this to my mom and I went back to the Mag-Ox instead.
