These fit more snugly in the ears for better noise cancellation purposes. Also, I find these to be a bit more comfortable after several hours of use. I would advise applying a very small amount of baby oil to each bud to lessen initial discomfort in ear canal. Caveat: do not push these too far into the ear or , upon removal , you risk bud coming free and lodging deep in the ear. Solution: double check to make sure the buds are firmly attached to the set before insertion and, upon removal, take the earphones out carefully and slowly. Best use: Adults 18+ Great for professional musicians!

Outside of custom made tips, these really do the job nicely. They are great for noise isolation and long periods of use while staying comfortable and in place. They are different and fit better than the 2 level tips that look like these. They are easy to clean and last a long time if you take care of them. The bad thing about them is when they do break, the first level of the 3 tends to break off. Mine broke off in my ear and I had to have someone get it out. I didn't have to go the doctor, but if I had pushed it in any deeper I would have had to. To prevent that just toss them after a couple months if you are using them daily as they come in a pack of 10.

I had to do some research before buying this, but I can confirm that it works with Klipsch earbuds/in-ear monitors. Tested on my s4 and x10i. It's a tighter fit than the standard eargels from Klipsch and reaches slightly deeper into the ear canal. The sound quality is absolutely wonderful as it provides even better isolation than any eargel from Klipsch and reaches even deeper. It provides much more clarity for higher frequency sounds and I can noticeably hear more from my music. The color from the seller's image is slightly misleading as it's more of a frosty gray color, not white. Overall very happy with the purchase as it made my Klipsch x10i's sound even better.

Not as thick/wide as my originals do they don't fit snugly enough. I'm so bummed that I lost one of the originals.

These ear-tips are amazing! Using the regular single bulb ear buds, I can hear pretty much all outside noise, but with these 3-flange tips on, I would say 95% of outside noise is eliminated. The sound is much crisper and clearer without the outside noise interference. For me personally, these tips are also the most comfortable since they stay in much more securely. I can move around without worrying about the ear buds falling out and I've worn these for hours at a time without feeling discomfort.

Left is the one I received, the right is stock. They look more similar in photos but in real life, the translucence is different with the stock one being less transparent and the top part is darker on the one I received. the middle flange is higher up on the one I received and is more flush to the bottom flange on stock.

Perfect size for my Etymotic earbuds, which, by the way, are also awesome. I love this company's products so much. Just an FYI they are very noise blocking, but not the most comfortable. I wear my earbuds 40 hours a week for working so I do switch to the soft tips sometimes. But you cannot beat the sound with this tip - it is the very best for listening to music.

Etymotic products are wonderful including these eartips. However, the 10 piece christmas tree forest picture currently displayed (the 'standard christmas tree shape with base protruding past the lower branches' has part number ER38-15SML <==note the 'L' for long) does not match the correctly listed part number of the item that ships (ER38-15SM <== short version whose base does not extend past the lower branches and so sits closer to your ear). So if you want the standard ones pictured dont get these until you check that this page has been corrected so that the pictures match the part numbers. The shorter ones fit the plugs but the lack of the protruding base may put the plug closer to your ear than you expected, which can irritate it until you replace this short version('SM') with the standard long version('SML') shown in the picture where the stem extends past the bottom branches of the christmas tree instead of just inside the bottom branches. Having said that I dont see where to buy the long ones pictured, so please add the correct product for sale as well.

I hate travelling without my Etymotic ER3XRs. The original eartips were falling off in use. These replacements worked out fine, stay on and brought the audio reproduction back to the original quality. Really pleased and wish I'd gotten around to replacing them sooner. Five pairs in the bag, so I wont leave it as long next time.

I'm using ER3SE. This eartip is a bit smaller than the original one. However, I found it is more comfortable for me. Definitely, this type gives the best sound compared to the large or memory form tips.

I bought these after the original eartips of my ety er3xr got ripped. These actually fit me better than the original pair. The quality is also quite good and comparable to the original ones.

This is not the same eartips that come installed for er serious. The pre installed is frosted texture and slightly thicker while the the delivered is clear rubber and thinner.. it actually fits better for me. The picture is showing frosted is misleading. DO NOT BUY if you find the pre installed tips on the er series too small.

They arrived compressed up in a transparent plastic bag, in a flat cardboard box, for which I paid 12$ shipping to Bulgaria. The shipping I'd have swallowed if they provided any seal at all, these are meant to work for the er4 and er2, they are smaller than any of the eartips in the box and compromise any and all sound or isolation they provide.
