Pros: This is the product that got me hooked on matcha lattes. Theses travel packs are portable, high quality and you can walk into a coffee shop, order a steamed milk or alt milk and stir in the powder right from the handy packet. This way, you'll avoid the sugary mix of 'matcha latte' you'd get offered in the big chain coffee shops (at the time of this review). This powdered product is best stirred in with a battery operated frother. The added lions mane mushroom is one of the few neurotropics that really works fast - my experience. Lions mane is a perfect cognitive performance enhancement allied with the matcha and doesn't detract from the taste.You may just find yourself abandoning or reducing your coffee intake.Con: The one negative is the expense compared to buying matcha and lions main in bulk. Which I use when at home.

The Flavor of the Matcha is really quite good, which I admit I was rather surprised by. The Lions Mane only seems to add a slight earthy aroma with a slight Umami flavor that would realistically wouldn't be noticeable if you didn't already know it was there. Overall absolutely wonderful and I have already purchased extra.Please Note: Matcha is a rather delicate tea, do not use full boiling water to brew. 80~ish C or 170~ish F is about right. If you do not have a temp controlled Kettle, boil water and take off heat, then let it sit for 5-10mins before pouring and you'll probably be close enough.

I like to mix this with my regular coffee & some creamer. So good and love the high amount of lions mane it has

This stuff is so yummy. I’m a huge matcha person, and when I saw that this has lions mane in it, I was super excited to step up my matcha game and maybe do my brain and body some good. I pretty much drink one everyday. The only issue I will say is that it does not dissolve well at all. When you get to the bottom of your drink you start to drink the undissolved powder and it’s not a great texture. Despite that, I’m still drinking one everyday morning so it obviously doesn’t deter me too much. I get so excited for my morning matcha and mushrooms!!!

Love the company, wanted to gift this to a fellow mushroom lover, but sadly the product arrived broken and open so I kept it for me.And it does not seem to dissolve well with a spoon n normal stirring. so it’s better used for smoothies and blender drinks.

I have tried the coffee & macha one. I like the matcha one the best because it tastes like matcha. The coffee one dosent really taste like coffee. I just generally feel healthier when drinking.

My day end with a delicious relaxing cup of hot cocoa.Host Defense hot cocoa is better than taking melatonin!After drinking my cup of hot cocoa Iam ready to snooze and drift off to dream world.💤

I love the product, works well and tastes amazing. The delivery just left the pack smashed up which sucks because it is a nice storage container for the packets when it's in good shape, which it was far from being.
