Large Gear Bag is best for a medical kit
Bag seems to be good quality construction though the Molle on the back is a literal joke. Otherwise this bag is GREAT for a medical kit. Not the "medical bag" but the "large gear bag." Fit's inside a backpacking backpack flat so easy to pack. TONS of little storage areas to keep your medical organized. I'm going to give it a couple coats of waterproofing spray for good measure and should be good to go for many years!

Compact size, seems good quality so far. I would recommend.
Fits/organizes small hand tools, then fits in my back pack which I carry daily. No purse for me, back pack it is and this works well. I want tools handy if I need them for emergency. From Leatherman to tiny eye glass screwdriver. Pretty sure I finally found what works for me. I am going to see if emergency sewing kit might fit.

Not Big enough!
More than adequate for the basic stuff. But as a medic, I always want to put more into it.Great bag. Strong straps. Good internals. Good color. Should last a long time. I have attached it to another ammo/small parts bag that is also Red. This allows me to take non-medical gear anywhere without anyone getting nosy!

Works well as a toiletries bag
I saw this and decided I'd give it a shot. The price was good and I love to keep my gear organized. When I got it I wasn't sure what I'd use it for. I received it about a week before leaving on a visit to Japan for a few weeks. So it sat there in my living room and I kept looking at it. Then tried it with my camera gear but just didn't work. Then I tried it with my toiletries and it's a win. Fit everything I need for my trip with room to spare.Build quality seems good. I'll edit my review once my trip is over if it failed but it's looking good so far.I know this bag is meant for First Aid supplies but as a former EMT I don't really see the benefit of all the different pockets and slots. I suppose if you really get to know the bag it could hold a variety of items but I think it's overkill and too much to dig through if you're dealing with trauma. Especially if you had to explain where something is to a second person while you have your hands busy. But thats my take. Doesn't mean it wouldn't work for you.Overall, I dig the bag so far.

Won't Fit Glock 17 Mags
I tried to put glock 17-round mags and could only fit 4 out of 5 in a row. Very bummed that all 5 slots could not be used. Otherwise it works great.

Best bag I could find
I bought and returned multiple bags before sticking with this one. All the pockets are very handy and the size is perfect. The only con I will say is the straps seem a little cheap… I wish they were stiffer. But they work, just seems like it could be tighter in the mole system.

Multiple usage
Great size for multiple usages. Great for road trips or organizing.

Great little pouch.
Bought this pouch to replace the plastic box my bugout tool kit came with. As for the pouch, I was pleased with it's quality construction, Molle and Velcro all over. Quite roomy and designed well with thought. The tools I had fit comfortably with much room to spare.
