We got this for our son for Christmas and he loved it! I wanted something similar to the "30 in 1" electronic labs that Radio Shack put out in the 90's. I had the Radio Shack "30 in 1" when I was a kid and this reminds me of that project kit.It has a light, antenna, and headphone which allow you to make a lot of different projects and even create some of your own by modifying the basic ten projects that are written in the instruction manual. Speaking of the instruction manual, it is VERY easy to follow and it seems to have been written by an American who was very proficient at English. Very refreshing since most manuals seem to be written in broken English that his hard to understand.Our son is only six years old, and so far he's only had enough of an attention span to do the light and tone, but he does enjoy it.This seems like a sturdy kit that will last long enough to give our child a nice overview of how basic electronics work.

Seems to be smaller than I thought it would be. Haven't given as a gift yet, will see how the grandson likes when he receives it for Christmas.
