Installed this in the back garden for my 2 year old grandson to play with when visiting, as he likes playing pretend games such as shops. He loves it. Whilst relatively easy to assemble, it took about 2 hours to build. Good value for money, and Smoby houses are good quality (my daughter has a different one at her house)

Bought for my 2 & 4 year old. Was worried about it being a plastic house, more of a wooden houses person myself, however we would have to put tiles down before getting it, so decided to get a plastic for now. It actually positively surprised me. I mean, it’s not as sturdy as a wooden house but it does its job. Best feature is the sweet corner/table with accessories. Kids are obsessed with an ice cream machine and card terminal! Ice cream machine is not great and keeps falling apart but kids don’t mind and are happy playing in the house for hours. Easy to put up alone but even faster if you have someone to help. Definitely recommend!

Looks fantastic. Holds together nicely and isn't a bad size for my little one. All the Smoby stuff is a bit expensive, but this one wasn't bad for the money in all, and my daughter loves it. The reason it lost a star was the instructions that came with it were as good as useless. Nothing was labelled which meant you had to guess which part was which, seems fine for some of the bigger bits, but nightmare with the smaller parts.

Amazing playhouse given the extra toys built into it. Two year old plays with it every day in the house. Wasn't clear but it doesn't come with the doorbell, but given how quiet it is thats not a bad thing. Has lasted really well and is a good size.

Gorgeous little house an early Xmas present for our grandsons who absolutely love it! Took a little while to put together but just follow instructions and no trouble at all! They have it indoors at moment but will go outside eventually! Didn’t realise you could get a door bell for it so have ordered that now! The 2 year old loves it so much and calls it his littler house and I’m sure his baby brother will too!

It is a lovely play house and the accessories are fab! Built today and yes slightly fiddly as the instructions are quite random but very sturdy once built and looks great! I have three pieces I don’t know what to do with?? Wondered if anyone could shed some light on them for me!! No related image in the instruction manual!! Photo below!

Really lovely playhouse! Perfect for 2-3 year olds. I gave four stars because the accessories are not functioning the way they are supposed to, and it was a bit time consuming to put it all together. But once all made, it is super cute and encourages lots of pretend play.

Es fördert die Fantasie und das gemeinsame Spielen enorm – stundenlanges Eisverkaufen garantiert! Auch nach mehreren Wochen draußen in Sonne und Regen sieht alles noch aus wie neu. L’article est arrivé 3 jours après Pâques alors qu’il était annoncé pour une date de livraison 2 jours avant Pâques!! Pour la surprise pour notre petit garçon de 2 ans c’était complètement raté ! De plus, une pièce était cassée lorsque nous l’avons déballé (voir photo). Un changement de la pièce s’était le bienvenu …
