Great LED replacement. A hell of a lot cooler than the Halogen that I replaced. Now, I can leave the lights on without worries.I am going to describe a problem that I had after installation. Hopefully, it will help others. I have two set of 3 puck lights under my kitchen cabinets. After replacing the bulbs, they all came on with the wall switches on the off position. Not fully on. More of a dimmed setting. Keep in mind my wall switches are not dimmable. I replaced the bulbs on the other set and the same thing happened.I contacted the seller (ZEEFO) and to their credit. They immediately offered a refund or replacement. A google searched revealed nothing regarding this issue. After reading the negative reviews, I was convinced that the bulbs were in fact defective. However, after a day of thinking. I realized that a few years back. I replaced the wall switches with lighted switches. I decided to troubleshoot the issue by replacing the two lighted switches. Lo and behold, the LED Bulbs turned off while the switched were on the off position. The lighted switches were in fact providing enough current to keep them on as if they were on a dimmed setting.

I have 17 G8 bulbs in my under cabinet lighting. The fixtures have a low / off / high switch so I can choose brightness level. I received my order yesterday so I installed the six lights. I don't have an issue with room, but these lights are larger than the standard G8 bulbs I was using. The fit was no problem and the pins were much easier to insert than what I had. The pins are longer than but that was not an issue either. On high, the brightness is similar to what I had and work well. On low, the bulbs have a noticeable flicker, so I have to leave them on high. High is actually better for my application, but I still had to reduce my rating by one star. If I needed to have the lights on the lower setting, i would have had to return them. Also, I do not have these lights on a dimmer, so I cannot tell how that would work. My fear is the flicker would be a problem if on a dimmer at low settings. Overall, I'm expecting these lights to last much longer as the standard G8 base lights would require replacement several times per year.

The media could not be loaded.  I have now had 9 out of 28 fail in under 9 months. I get no response for help either. These DO NOT LAST!You'll be sorry!This is an update.See my video of our under cabinet lighting. Twenty lamps in all and five have already been replaced. After those five, we now have 7 out of 20 that pooped out. I'm guessing the tiny power supply on the circuitry, can't really handle line voltage. I may be forced to go back to halogen and use them to heat the kitchen.Zeefo refunded my expenditure for the 12 bad bulbs however, I should have asked if I could ship all of them back and start over. This will be a long process to keep removing them and replacing.Update again. I now have lost about 98% of these lousy bulbs. TRUST ME & STAY AWAY!!!!

I used these to replace 10 G8 Xenon bulbs in my kitchen under-counter puck lights. The quality of the light is warm white, similar to the Xenons. I did find two difficulties with the new bulbs, which account for my 4-star rating (instead of 5): First, the bulbs are quite a bit larger than the Xenons they replace, and are cylindrical in shape instead of flat. This means that the light covers fit very snuggly over the new bulbs, with the glass touching the the bulbs themselves. This isn't a terrible problem, since the bulbs get warm, but not hot, and the glass is designed to withstand very hot temperatures in any case. Another problem I encountered is how the bulbs work with my dimmer switch. It turns out that even with my dimmer on its lowest setting, the LED bulbs remain lit, albeit dimly. So I can't turn them all the way off! I will have to order a non-dimming switch to replace my current one, so that when it's in "off" position, no power is getting to the new bulbs - they'll just be either all the way off or all the way on. Since I bought these bulbs for their dimmability, that isn't ideal, but the lights look very nice on the highest setting - warm light without being overbearing - so not having them on a dimmer won't be a big deal for me.

There are very satisfactory. They fit well in my units and they have proved to be reliable. They run much cooler as you would expect. The pins are slightly smaller in diameter then the bulbs they replace, but that doesn't seem to create any problems. The dimming works well. The lamp casing is not glass, so much easier to handle. They are great value. I have now replaced all my undercounter lights with these bulbs.So, I sing their praises, and believe they are the best available in this form factor. One complaint causes me to hold back on giving 5 stars. The light is not of the highest quality and makes my cream tiles look more washed out than before. It's not the change in color temperature (to 3000K), because I have also been fitting bulbs from other manufacturers and they don't have the same effect. The alternative bulbs I have been fitting are specified as having a CRI of 90+. These bulbs do not specify their CRI, so presumably it is lower, though I don't know what it is. I can only be encouraging to the manufacturer to improve this aspect if possible, because I can see the difference. But with the reduction in electrical power they provide, I will live with them...

These work good, I notice on the low setting, they seem to have a flickering look which reminded me of a strobe light on high speed. I just keep them on HIGH to fix that problem. Needed them for under cabinet lighting, but emitting zero heat as the lights are right above our bread basket. Old lights would create some condensation in the bread bag. I know, sounds weird, but these lights solved it. 10/3/18 update. Lights are no longer working. They started flickering and eventually went out only lasted about three months. And I bought 18 in these maybe half are still working
