This is exceptional value for money, a very fast machine, worked perfectly, only issue is with build quality, the case is perfectly fine but when taken out of the box it rattled, this turned out to screws floating around in the case, one of which shorted the power supply connections of the main board, this was then dismantled and cleared of loose screws re-assembled and touch wood everything is now fine.

1st tower that got sent out just wouldn't load up. However contacted seller and replacement was sent out within couple of days.

I needed a pc that performs well because I edit videos and record music and the software is quite demanding. I really can't cope with a computer that slows to a crawl after a few months, so an i3 is not a consideration. This is the second time I have purchased one of these refurbished pcs and both have been excellent. I decided to upgrade the graphics card in this one to run two monitors, it was an easy upgrade for £30. It boots up fast, runs all the software with ease, and its nice and quiet. Not bad at this price! Recommended.

Fan very dirty /greasy/ back ports all dusty /dirty.Hope it lasts, will maybe invest in full service/cleanup and a new quieter fan.You get what you pay for. It seems very fast etc but don't trust it until I get it checked/cleaned/servicedSorry I don't like giving negative reviews

I purchased the device back in December, after only a couple of weeks it started randomly crashing and bringing up a Blanco data wipe screen. despite me searching everywhere for this I could not locate where it was coming from. It seemed to not cause to many issues so kept on with device, however it then suddenly started to Blue Screen, the Blue screening continued more often, Now the device cannot even find its boot drive. Despite raising this with First Click Solutions, the seller and having a year long warranty, I have heard nothing form them, I even called them direct after managing to locate a number for them only to be told to log it via Amazon and I will be contacted asap. Nothing from them. The device was sold as fully refurbished, but this is not the case, inside it is a mess, filthy dirty and poorly cabled and poorly installed drive.Steer clear of these sellers, they are selling under the Amazon banner purporting to be Amazon but are a back street shed operation in Burnley.This device has cost us so far two days business and loss of business reputation let alone the time it will take me to source another device and configure it again.As a Senior IT manager I know computers so did all expected to trouble shoot

If you don't really care about aesthetics and just want a pc to do what you buy it for this is a bargain. OK so I've only had it weeks, and I suppose longevity will be the truth teller, but out of the box, for a Win 11 machine with 16gb ram a 3.4ghz processor , a SSD 250gb first drive and a 2tb hdd secondary drive all for less than £200. It's even got a dvd burner and as many USB ports as you can shake a stick at. OK so the wireless is a USB dongle, That's not important to me. It's running OBS with three cameras, burning and editing videos, networking with other machines, and doesn't do that horrible lag thing when you multitask. If it last a year, I'll be back for another

Absolutely great replacement for an old pc.

Not really sure what to say about this PC as it looks like an upgraded older model.Pro - the price & the spec.Con - Having to use the Wi-Fi dongle provided. No HDMI ports or card reader.Overall it works well so I can't complain.
