Does exactly as it says, a subtle shine. Nothing too heavy., however I think you could build on it for the more obvious look.

Very pigmented, gives a lovely sparkle and the consistency feels great! Exactly what I was looking for, just love it.

Was looking forward to receiving this highlighter as it was good value for money.. Very disappointed that it arrived damaged
