ColumbiaMen's Discontinued Watertight II Jacket

Just what I needed and was looking for. I'm female and 280lbs so it's not easy to find decent rain gear to fish in. Fits as expected and from a reputable company.7

Will use for rainy days and vacations. Lightweight.

A little stiff.

I own multiple sets of the Watertight II Rain Jacket. Since there's no Watertight II Rain Pant, I also own multiple Rebel Roamer Rain Pant. Both of which are lightweight, in comparison to traditional rain gear, and packable for a wide range of uses. I keep a set in Mountain bike panniers, backpacking kit, camping kit, car trunk, semi truck chain up kit. The jacket folds inside of itself in one pocket, and there's also room for the pants to fit. The downside is snags. The inside layer is prone to tear if snagged on anything sharp or hot.

Great price. Great quality. Wished the hood had a zipper pocket. Can beat the price I paid for the jacket. It was 4X black for $30 bucks.

I walked to a friend's during a down pour, stood at the door for 4 minutes. Once in and peeled off coat, I was dry as can be... also had the 3x rain pants..rebel roamers...excellent fit over my sweats

My son needed a rain jacket as he had misplaced his. The one he had before was very hot and did not breathe very well. He often has to do physical labor outside and having fabric that doesn't breathe can make for a miserable day. I am happy to report that he loves this jacket! It sheds rain and keeps him moderately warm but doesn't trap his body heat inside and make him sweat if he gets a little busy at work.One complaint he did have: Any time he puts the jacket on, the inner sleeve seems to push through at his wrists, almost like the inner lining is too large or something. He gets a bit frustrated every time he puts the jacket on and has to tuck the lining back up inside the sleeve.

This is an excellent product! The jacket kept me dry during the rain. When it isn't raining it gets quite warm in the jacket, even though it isn't lined. As some reviews have said the arms aren't overly long, but my arms aren't overly long so it works!

The product is very comfortable to wear and the fit was good
