I bought it for my grandmother and she is very satisfied. It is very easy to use you don't need to fill water it already had a gel in it. You just need to charge it for only 7-10mins and you can use it for 2 hours. It gives instant pain relief. Its quality is too good there is no leakage or any other faults in it.
