Apple iPhone 5S, T-Mobile, 16GB - Space Gray (Renewed)

After about a week of use, the phone turned off and wouldn't turn back on. After talking to amazon support for an hour, they connected me to apple support and I set up an appointment so i could use the warranty since it is certified refurbished and i just bought it. The day of the appointment, I tried to call the apple store to see if I could come in earlier, and they had no information of my appointment or what my issue with my phone was. After talking to them for another hour, they explained that if i came in to an appointment i would have to pay to get it fixed. The phone was just bought a week prior, and i wanted a new phone, my money back, or for it to be fixed. After wasting hours of my time, i contacted amazon and returned through ups, and had to pay $6! So i pretty much wasted hours of my life and paid $6 for nothing. Thanks for wasting my time...

Upon arrival this phone looked perfect. I don't think there was anyone who could tell by looking at it that it was refurbished. I've only had it for a little over a week but so far it seems to be operating the way it should. It definitely takes some getting used to when switching from android.

This is the third time I have purchased an iPhone 5s from this dealer (for different users). The phones are always in perfect working order and look brand new. Best deal on good phone without breaking the bank.

The battery is not holding a charge. I've had the phone for 90 days and now it won't last longer than 30 min.

I couldn’t use the phone because it was not unlock for T-Mobile. Had to return it waiting for a refund

The initial shipment had battery problems, but they were very prompt in replacing and our money was fully refunded. This is a convenient way to replace my phone with a similar unit after my screen was damaged. Very happy!

I ordered this phone 7/20/2017. Its only been 6months and the phone stop working. The phone no longer receiving calls.

Great phone. Charges fine and was super easy to connect. Only downside is that it makes a clicking noise when taking pictures and noise does not go away from turning volume down. Overall I would buy again.
