Just a few days in so not sure if it works yet but my hair did not dry out or anything.

I have a confirmed case of adult eczema (via biopsy) and this shampoo and conditioner, although lathered well, smelled great and really made my hair look great, did not work to help the eczema; my scalp was too sensitive and became itchy / flaky. Seller was awesome though and accepted the return.

Before I used this shampoo my scalp was itching so much. I couldn’t stop itching for a minute and I felt like I was ripping out my hair. I washed my hair once with this shampoo. I let it sit on my hair for several minutes before rinsing and made sure to get down through my thick hair. And after my scalp stopped itching pretty much instantly. Today is day 2 after washing with this shampoo and my head is still not itchy.Only thing I can’t find through reviews or disclosure is how it reacts to colored hair. Not sure if it will strip the color out faster than other shampoos or not. So my hair dresser also mentioned tea tree shampoo which won’t strip the color and will also help. So I figured I would use both.

So 2/7/25 was the second time we used it. 1st it doesn't sud up like I thought it would. It does have that medicine smell to make you feel like it's working. 2nd I wanted to try something over the counter before I asked our family doctor to refer us to a dermatologist. My son has a really bad case of scalp eczema. It's really bad in two places at the front of his head. I did see some improvement the 2nd time using it. But believe when I say the dry scalp always comes back, I'm giving up hope. Winter time blues he never has had problems in the summer but this year's winter has mom beat 😢 I don't know how else to help. We've tried everything. Sulfur 8 grease and shampoo, Aquaphor cream and nothing works. He's scratched so much he pulled his hair out and now has bald spots. 😭

Amazon should stop selling this product; there's a stench in both bottles -shampoo and conditioner. I called the company and they sent me another 2 bottles but the same thing happened. When I called to inform the company about the stench they said they didn't understand why. I was surprised to hear that an egg was one of the ingredients and I told the representative how can an egg be put in the shampoo without a preservative and added that's what is probably causing the stench. When told that they haven't received complaints I said either their nose stopped working or they're too stupid to recognize it because some people might just think that the stench is just part of the product's scent or I would like to say "smell or odor"
