Plug it in and play! My first one was purchased 4/19/20 and lasted 5 years. Then it started leaking and there's no fix to these, but for 3k it was worth it. I just bought another one and it's arriving shortly. Happy Hot Tubbing for 3k instead of 5-7k and those will break too.

They delivered it to my house in just a couple days. The set up was so easy. I literally just filled it up with my hose and plugged it in once it was full enough since I was just using hose Water it took a couple days for it to warm up enough to get into. I’ve had it for about a month now and use it every day. It’s deeper than any of the other hot tubs that I’ve been in. The Jets work great, and there are actually three different styles of jets, depending on which seat you are sitting in. Two of the seats have adjustable jets. I love how many different settings there are for the lights on it as well, by tapping and holding the button for different length of time there’s actually a lot more settings then what I initially thought. I normally have it set to 104°, but sometimes I’ll Turn it down into the 90s so the kids can play in it. I was a little nervous about what the electric bill might be and I actually didn’t notice much difference. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I’ve been in a lot of different hot tubs that are way more expensive like two and three times the price and I definitely like this one the best. If you have four people in it, the legroom does seem crowded but that’s actually any four person hot tub that I’ve been in lol. It’s very sturdy, Looks great and works great. Cheers!

Looked for hot tubs in local stores and prices were unbelievable. Found this on Amazon for half the store price as well as being bigger than the store models. It was shipped free and came well packaged to prevent any shipping damage. Used twice, easy setup. Appears well made. Would recommend without reservation.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a hot tub for only $3K. I was also skeptical about a hot tub that runs on 110v. I wasn’t sure if it could keep the water hot while the jets were running. Based on reviews, I purchased it.So far it keeps the water at 104% while the jets run. I’m hoping that it still works this well in the winter.After two weeks, I really love this hot tub. Even my wife, who is skeptical about everything, really likes it.Now I’d like to tell you about the sellers, I watched the hot tub being unloaded from the truck. I went to my back yard to make sure everything was all set for them. I then came out front and they were gone. The left the hot tub at the bottom of my long driveway which has a steep hill.Thankfully I have great neighbors, and we were able to put it on two dolly’s and strap it to a truck. We were able to get the hot tub in the back yard.I told the sellers about this, and they offered me a very, very generous discount for my troubles. Then I realized the steps were not delivered. Again, the sellers came through and had the steps delivered quickly.So I have five stars for both the hot tub and the sellers

Spa arrived on a tractor trailer. The driver dropped it off about 100 ft from our patio. Luckily I have a diesel Kubota tractor and was able to drag it across my yard on a piece of plywood with a tow strap. So we got it in place OK on our concrete patio. I installed a Extra-Duty GFCI outdoor weatherproof in-use outlet. All good. Then I found out the plug on the spa cord was so massive, it would not fit under the fold-down weatherproof outlet cover. So now I still cannot plug it in safely if it rains. Not sure of the next step. Has anyone else seen this? Is there a special extra-large outlet cover for this giant plug? Update I cut the cover to fit around the plug. Now it closes. Everything is working fine now. Seems like a solid well built unit.

Great hottub for the price! Easily fits 4 people and comes ready to plug in and fill. We run it year round and it holds heat even when it’s below zero outside. No leaks no problems pure comfort. Filter is easy to replace and keep an eye on. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

(Only a week in) We were skeptical but this has exceeded our expectations!! Only regret is not getting the XL version. My husband and I are both tall people so the extra room would have been nice, but this is perfect for our needs. Simple and does the job!

Bought a two person spa from another online outdoor furniture company. (Wfare) What hell. First one arrived within a week then motor blew up. Returned. Next one said to arrive 3 months later. 3rd month arrived and delivery was extended to the next month. Ridiculous. Cancelled order. Found this 4 person spa for same price; No Ozone, No two speed pump with heater. Bare bones. If you ask me, it's less parts to fail. Came within a week. Filled it up, plugged it in and adjusted the chemicals. Took a bit over 12 hours to heat up. I don't care; it works and I'm so friggin happy:))) hahaUpdate ; 11 months in and it works great. Adding 3mls of activated Chlorine Dioxide twice a week, It reads like chlorine and kills biofilm in the tub and parasites in the body. This is the best thing since buttered bread! This is a work horse! Using it during the winter with minimal electricity use. Just keep the lid on it... It's pretty cool watching the rain under a covered umbrella in the steamy hot tub. This thing is worth it's weight in Silver...
