Pretty easy and straightforward to put together. Came with plenty of hardware and the glass door seems solid.

This rack works great and looks amazing, I purchased the 9U, even though I say 12U on the video. Sorry for that. I have a switch, power strip, and a self and they all fit great. I even have my Cox Panoramic Wi-Fi in there as you can see in the video, all items fit great with no issues at all with overheating, so the airflow is perfect. I have it in my laundry room, so noise is not an issue. I haven't heard any noise from any of the items I have in there. Assembly was easy, it took about an hour for assembly and mounting on the wall. I used heavy duty wall anchors from Lowes, once for each hole, four holes total on the back. The package is big so heavy so be careful when you are moving this item because the door is glass, but for the most part it is packaged really well.

Overall the rack is very solid, I like the design and it seems quite sturdy. The instructions for assembly are really bad. They skip over having to insert cage nuts for screws and the drawings barely give you a hint what to do. I found a youtube video from the company that made it slightly more easy.

Nice product

This product title lists it as “wall mount server cabinet network rack enclosure” which includes contradictory keywords that suggest it is a server rack enclosure when, in reality, it is an enclosure for network equipment NOT servers. The dimensions under “About this item” are correct, however a quick glance at the pictures and title seem to indicate it is a 9u rack with a depth of 30” (which is the standard depth for typical servers). Searching for “server rack enclosure”, or any permutation thereof, on Amazon shows a plethora of network equipment enclosures which is more of an Amazon problem than the seller, however removing the keyword “server” from the listing would help prevent these results from showing when one is looking for a server rack instead of a network/equipment rack. Despite this shortcoming, the rack is sturdy and fairly easy to assemble once you dig out the magnifying glass to view the included assembly instructions. The assembly instructions refer to the parts by alpha-numeric designations, but the parts are not labeled and the pictures in the instructions are a bit difficult to decipher. If you’re looking for a network/equipment rack, then this one will certainly do the job. If you’re looking for a server rack, then keep looking because this won’t fit the bill.

Look, I’ve read a ton of reviews on a ton of racks before buying. Is it thinner metal susceptible to dents? Yes. But it’s not a soda can. Yes a drop or decent hit will potentially bend this. Aggressive shipping could damage this. And perhaps QC could be better. But I gave it a go and mine came just fine. I didn’t need to spend twice as much for a .20 improvement. It does the job and looks great IMO. Assembly isn’t for 6 year olds but it’s also not that difficult as some claim. The instructions suck but it’s an Amazon shipped item. Assembly is the cost for affordability. Miles may vary perhaps, but I got a great unit and am satisfied.

One of the easiest racks I’ve assembled. It had leftover screws which is always a good thing in case one loses the thread, etc. The only drawback was that it doesn't have the fans. However, the cardboard wall template made up for it.
