Slips off
It works really well with my daughters knee pain, but she claims that during her P E class, it slips off and she always has to pick it back up

Not for smaller kids
Got this for my 9 year old. It’s still a little big on her and the Velcro has started to not stick anymore after just a couple weeks of use.

It worked well for the first two weeks then the velcro wouldn't hold.

What I liked is that it fit me, as an adult who is not very big. I'm still not sure that it helps with my knee pain but I continue to use it when I work out as it's less cumbersome than other wider braces.
