Beware, if you are from the UK.
I had great hopes for this Air Fryer book containing over 1000 recipes - BUT it is so American that it would be quite difficult to use. The majority of recipes contained at least one ingredient that needs to be looked up on the internet and then you find that all temperatures are set down in Fahrenheit as opposed to our Air Fryers being calibrates in Centigrade, There is a conversion table in the back of the book but even this is difficult to read as it has been printed 'grey on grey'.This is a great new way of cooking - producing succulent food at a fraction of the energy costs - thus helping to save the planet. Please, please, when will Mary Berry, Delia or Jamie Oliver give us a book of recipes in ENGLISH.
