Missing Pieces
Ordered this package for my daughter's birthday party. Order arrives and it's missing the 5x3 banner, which is the whole reason I ordered this package in the first place! Can't get my money back unless I ship everything back, and can't replace the items unless I ship everything back, both of which will take far too long after the birthday party. Very disappointed.

Not complete. Disappointed.
This package did not come complete. I bought it specifically because of the backdrop for my kids birthday and it DID NOT come with it. Very disappointed. Too late to reorder or makeup for it. DO NOT BUY. DOESN'T COME COMPLETE. ORDER ELSEWHERE.

Missing the banner
I'm very upset with this order. I only ordered this for my daughter's 6th birthday party because of the banner and it does not even have the banner in it!!! Very upset!
