Works great for what I wanted to try and use it for, I didn't use it for a sound system but as a replacement/serviceable fuse block for my 2011 Honda Fit. I retrofitted a larger battery than stock and the positive battery terminal has a built in fuse, so in order to make things work with the bigger battery I had to use some sort of external fuse holder. This thing fit the bill and worked out great, nice form factor, seems of quality and reasonable price.

I was really surprised at the quality this has! Accepts large gage wire and provides sleeves that can be used to ensure connections won't slide loose. Hard to beat at the price!

Everything about these fuse holders are great except the cover. I'm not sure why they just can't the covers right. I have the older Recoil fuse holders from several years ago and the tabs broke off too easy. These Recoil fuse holders didn't seem to have that issue but good Lord they are a pain to remove. I mean it's great that they don't come off easy but if you're going to make it that complicated to remove could you at least ship them without the covers on so I don't have to spend 5 minutes on each one trying to remove the cover?

This one unit replaced three blocks with fuses on a 20 year old installation. Major space saver and no issues with the hardware or fitment quality. Very happy with this product.

I do not often need or use ANL fuse holders but needed one for an install on my truck so spent quite a bit of time looking at all the different options and reviews to avoid getting something that would potentially cause more harm than good. I decided on these Recoil fuse holders and hoped for the best. When I received them, I was really blown away by the sturdy build quality and how heavy duty they are. It is a plastic case, but there is nothing cheap about them, the case is strong and the terminals very solid. Made for an easy install and made me confident it will function as it needs to.

Recoil has quality car items. This works great and well built.
