how many sleeves would you need for this bundle?

700 to 800 sleeves The amount of sleeves I had gotten for the Complete bundle was 960 (4 packs of 240) of the official Star Realms sleeves. I still have 240 left over. Note that there are double sided cards that I used clear sleeves for.

Does the storage box come with special cards. I saw if storage box boughton its own it came with special cards?

Yes. This is the same storage box as bought individually, fully sealed and with all the accessories included
