Great Tool!
I bought this for a trip to Hawaii so I could feel secure with not losing or dropping my phone. However, I broke my ankle a week ago during the winds/rain of Hurricane Helene and did NOT have my phone on me to call for help! If I'd had this item then, I'd have had it on my person and would have been able to get help much faster. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. I have a Samsung S23+ and it holds my phone nice and tight. It has not slipped out once and I have put it to ALOT of physical abuse/use in the last week since I got home from the hospital! I keep it on me at all times, especially when I am at home alone.

Clear color is more opague than clear
I was little confused when color options had "clear" and "transparent". I went with the "clear" because it was half the price of the transparent. It wasn't clear as in acrylic plastic, more like opague. When the strands were stretched to fit over the phone, the color does turn white and no longer opague. The material also is stetched thinner. I don't know that this would hold up over time if you wear it on your neck daily and have the heavy cell phone be bouncing around on the cord as you move. This is probably why other reviews stay it broke within a short time probably because of this motion. For my purposes, I only mean to have a secure way to hold the phone with a cord wrapped around my wrist in case of extending out one arm out for photos. I won't be wearing it around my neck as a usual use.I have a Pixel 7a. The back strap requires some adjusting so it doesn't block the camera.

My favorite phone accessory
This is my third one of these and I love them. It makes it so handy to have my phone available, hands-free, when I need to show a QR code for entry into event, or if i'm listening to a podcast or book and am walking or doing stuff around the house. The reason I've had to order new ones is that sometimes an area of the lanyard becomes thin (possibly from use) and I order a new one before it breaks and my phone crashes to the floor. This one seems sturdier--in fact so sturdy that I have to strain to wrap it around my phone. But small price to pay for something this essential.

ok at first, but will block your screen.
Final Update:Since someone asked a question, and I saw some new reviews, I will make one final update. I went to Tokyo again, and it came in handy as before. However, I forgot to mention, that this will make your phone bounce off your chest constantly. I didn't notice at first, since I had a jacket on, and just put my coat over it. Also, you bend over more than your realize, so take note that your phone will swing into doors, walls, or whatever. If you want something to keep your hands free at certain events or trips, than this is for you. If you think you'll be wearing this around your neck everywhere. I promise you won't. I still use it, but I still end up keeping my phone in my back pocket at the end of the day. However, I have the strap for extra security. I guess for 10 bucks it won't hurt to try.Update:Ok I decided to rase this one more star. I'm starting to like it more, but just can't get over the straps being in the way all the time. I took a trip to Tokyo, and my hands were always full with bags, coat, or umbrella. But the whole time I was sure I wouldn't drop my phone, thanks to my phone strapped to my wrist. I really like the clip that is on this thing. It's actually the best part of this product. You can attach it to almost anything. On the train, I would hang my phone on the hook on the seat in front of me. At work I would hang it on a hook also. I would just find little things that I liked to do with the phone rather than have it smashed in my pocket or forget I had it someplace and end up dropping it.I mentioned that I lost my necklace in my original review on the bottom. Well, I happened to find a better necklace at the local store. It was made of a strong cloth like materiel, but it had an O ring at the bottom. PERFECT!!!! Also, you could adjust the length to your liking. So if that came with this, it would have been a match made in heaven.I did use the card holder for my train card in Tokyo, and even tho it didn't work well because of the rubber I'm guessing, it was so much easier to slip it out the phone than dig in my pockets looking for it. It was snug inside, so my fears of loosing it went away fast.If they could fix the strap blocking the screen, include a better neck piece that is adjustable, and has an O ring at the bottom. This would be the best product out there. However there isn't much to choose from, so this might be the only best option IMO. Also, I walked around with my phone on my neck about two hours. In general it isn't as comfortable as I thought. But maybe it will get some getting used to. Anyway original review on the bottom.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------At first I loved this thing. I actually bought some wrist straps, and used it instead of the included rubber necklace. Then I lost it!! So I wore that for a good 10 sec, but honestly it wasn't as comfortable to begin with, hence why I decided to use the wrist strap. Then the novelty wore off fast. But the real problem with this, and why I gave it 2 stars is for one simple reason. IT GETS IN THE WAY!!! It's so annoying to have four "straps" cover your screen. I tried to pull it further to the edges, but all it will do is increase or decrease your volume on your phone, since it will be pressing the buttons on the side of the phone. I know the picture shows that it covers the screen, but I didn't think it would bother me as much as it does. You will miss click things on your phone all the time, or it will block out stuff you want to see "obviously".If this was a custom fit for your phone, it would have worked 100% better, and easily got a five star. But this became more annoying than anything, and not really practical. If you get it Pokemon go, it might be ok, since you just really need the middle screen anyway, but like I said. I lost the neck strap before I could even try it.On the plus side, it did make me feel 100% better knowing that I couldn't drop my phone. I just need to keep on the search for something that doesn't cover the screen.

User-friendly, easy-on, easy off
For what I was doing on my vacation, I only needed the use of the lanyard on occasion so it was nice that it was easy to store and easy to put on and take off in moments while still feeling very secure when on. It was easy to check that that the cables weren't interfering with the camera lenses on my iPhone 12 (it never seemed to be, but I would pull it away a bit just in case). Never had a problem.

Work badge
It is shorter than I expected, which isn't a bad thing. It's the perfect length for my work badge. So perfect, several co-workers have asked for the link.

Covers side buttons
I tried putting it on my iphone several times, but every time, the stretchy lanyard that goes around the corners covered up buttons on both sides of phone The back part connected to the stretched corners covers up part of camera.I stretched it too much otherwise i would have returned it.
