These are sharp. And I mean ridiculously sharp. Every guest that tries to use them has accidentally cut themselves- that’s how sharp I’m talking. Beyond that, they look modern and are clearly built to last. Hasn’t shown any signs of wear on the edge in a year. Handles are made well, with a weight to each blade. Entire kit comes with a roll and they’re pre-oiled so no chance of rust. Adequately balanced and ergonomic grip. Comes with a sharpener to retain edges. Highly recommend buying a magnetic knife block to showcase in your kitchen.

I just started using mine, the knives are gorgeous and very sharp but a handle cracked after one use. I’m not sure how well the knife blades are going to hold up, but I sure hope they’re better than the handles.
