The fit is a perfect and it hides the opening behind the thermostat that always seems to be bigger that needed for the wires. It is a very easy installation and looks a lot better that just a plain wall behind the thermostat

Simple. Everything fits. Color works. But you need two screws (not included) and the plate size is much bigger than expected. Check the measurements before you order.
