Horrible Packaging! Twice Damaged Delivery, Unbelievable!
The item itself is great and exactly what I was looking for. But it has now been TWICE that the item was delivered damaged! The lack of care and security given to this item during shipping is unbelievable! Both times, the item has come in a standard Amazon box, minus any cushioning to ensure that it does not get jostled during shipping. For this to be a small model item with lots of little pieces, someone is not clear on how to do this well, so I've had to send it back. Amazon, PLEASE do better Amazon with making sure your vendors provide better customer service and better packaging for sensitive items, thank you!
