Better quality material. Original was aluminum that coroded, brass replacement should last
Brass replacement should last a long time. The only tinng I had to do was to drill a larger mounting hole for the original bracket bolt to work.

Fit perfect
I replaced my concrete pool deck and replaced both my ladder and step hand hold. These went in easy everything fit perfect. I did not have flanges before...and they are a nice touch.

Solid Construction
Bought to replace the original anchors that I had to break out, due to the cement guy who installed them was an idiot. Put my rails in and they were going in different directions. So had to redo. Nothing like shoddy work when one is spending a fortune on an inground pool.
