This sinus rinse definitely clears up your breathing. However, be aware that NeilMed has recently reduced the amount in the box from 125 to 100 units but with no reduction in prices. This means the price increased 20%.

Seems to work pretty good especially during the summer and spring season. But I use this stuff year-round. It does not come with a bottle but that’s OK because I have a couple around. Also, I use distilled water and I have a CPAP machine so I like to keep my nose extra clean.
