This stuff is amazing!! With my medium grain rice, it’s the best. I grew up having plain white rice all the time, if I had this I would’ve loved it so much more! Beat to add to your sushi rice or even if you’re just having a bowl!

I use the vinegar to help make the rice stick together when making the sushi rolls and it has an amazing flavor. I highly recommend it

As you can see, half of the label is non-readable. We put the bottle on the table for guests to use because everyone was always asking about the brand and the ingredients. Everyone loves it. But ugly

The label came off with the bubble wrap the bottle was wrapped in. Would appreciate a label.Then, to open the bottle, when pulling the circle it broke on both sided. Used a plier and finally a screwdriver w/ hammer to puncture a hole so I could pour! Once you are in, it’s great!
