BiOrb 45994.0 MCR Light Accessory Large Aquariums

The media could not be loaded. I bought the 10 gallon bio orb tube tank for my betta and several tank mates, but the light it came with was only white and did not have any other color options or modes, so I ordered this! (Be aware that you may have to order the proper adapter as well, because the one my tank came with is different from the adapter sold with this light.) The light does cycle quite rapidly, which I'm totally okay with, but it would be nice to be able to choose your speed. You can still pause the cycle on any color, choose from any of the presets, select your brightness level, and you have four timer options as well. I also installed a light bar/bubbler around the base of the filter in the middle for a little extra pizzazz. The remote is very handy and everything has been working fine for a couple of months with no issues. Very happy with my tank now!

I really like this light. I've had it only about a month so far but it is doing great. Most of the controls are self explanatory except for how to use the programmer feature. To use this start at the time that you want the daylight to take affect. Turn on the light with the off/on switch. Then hit the time feature for the amount of time you want the daylight to run. I used 14 hours. The light will turn to blue. WAIT! In about 15 minutes the light will change back to the white daylight setting. All is finished. 14 hours later the blue light will come back on for the night setting and stay on for the remaining 24 hour period or 10 more hours. The cycle then repeats itself. Hope this helps.

The media could not be loaded. Ordered the ac to dc unit from biorbs website directly because it's nowhere on amazon and it doesnt come in the box, with shipping that part cost 40$... shipping was 14$ which i won't get back. Just plugged it in, doesn't work, flickers then turns off, check my video, very disappointed. And won't pay 100$ for the mcr light from bioorb website either, ive bought 2 aquariums from them and my feelings towards them is about to change. If you are in the USA do not buy this unit, you will need the adapter. 2 weeks of waiting for this to work to only spend extra money and for it not to work.

We've had our biOrb for almost 8 years and our light had a short so we replaced it with this new one and it's so nice to have a bright light again. The plants are thriving once again! The remote is a bonus as the original aquarium didn't come with one.

Light works as planned. Had a flukey thing happened the other day where the light wouldn't come on but now seems to be fine....weird glitch I guess.

Unfortunately, this was missing the adapter kit that you have to have in order to splice the wiring onto a normal plug.Seriously, is this meant for sale in Azerbaijan or something? Because this plug is foreign to me. Is the unique feature of this plug that it makes the customer instantly hate the product maker?

The product was no good. I’ve been waiting over a month for my credit with no end in sight. Terrible experience do not buy from this person.
