Vornado Flippi V10 Oscillating Compact Air Circulator Fan, Quiet Portable Fan for Office or Bedroom, Adjustable Head, 3 Speeds, Vintage White

Recently purchased this fan, and I’m very pleased with its performance. The fan is strong and provides a powerful breeze, which is perfect for keeping cool. One of the standout features is the adjustable head, which allows you to direct the airflow exactly where you need it. This flexibility makes it incredibly convenient to use in different settings. Overall, this fan is a great addition to my workspace, and I highly recommend it!

I will tell you this fan took 3 other fans that all had to be returned. I would like to say it was worth the wait but I really hate that overly used saying - as it is never worth the wait while you are waiting. Part of my problem was realizing some important facts about buying a fan online from a few videos at best.1 : The watts on any fan is a good stat to figure out if the fan has any real blowing power.2 : When many of the fans measurements are given they often do not include the base. My guess is to give you as much info as possible about the actual fan itself.3 : Be careful on a purchase where there is more than 1 fan on a websites description. It is possible for 1 fan to have a certain feature that another on the same description does not like say Tilt.For me the size was a huge issue as I was hoping to find a fan to fit in a smaller specific place. That meant I needed the fan to be small AND have some blowing power - those two features together are not that easy to find unless you are willing to part with some serious coin. Enter the Vornado V10 complete with enough wattage to do some nice wind damage to all your loose papers, the right size, able to Tilt, PLUS the added feature of it also Oscillating AND by far at the Right Price point for probably anyone looking for any of these features in their purchase..This fan is amazing in how much wind it can put out even on the lowest setting. As for fan noise well for me it does not vibrate like the propeller of a plane which was all I required - as for others well to me this fan I would have to say did indeed seem pretty quiet from other fans I have owned. As for the Oscillating feature that is whisper quiet. The only ODD ISSUE for me is the fans switch starts it on high instead of low like most fans just one of those things that make you tilt your head & go hmmmmm. Whenever you look up anything negative on Vonado it is usually that their smaller fans lack the Blowing Strenght of their larger fans (pretty obvious complaint if you take a minute) well not with this fan. If this fan hits all the features you need I would not hesitate, the good reviews on the V10 are well deserved.

I bought 2. One I use in my bedroom on my nightstand and it moves the air around the room very comfortably. I keep it on my nightstand so noise level is important. This fab is barely audible on the lower two speeds. However, this is a slight vibration when it is on the highest level but not enough to bother me. It's not even close the the noise of the fan I had before. The other fan replaced an old stationary Vornado in my living room and is doing an excellent job as well. And best of all is the small footprint. That, the low noise level and the sleek design make it a nice addition to any room where you need a fan. REVISED (9/10/2014): Based on my experience, I bought a third but this one is a slight disappointment. It rattles a bit. I used the others as stationary fans I thought it might be the oscillation but that doesn't seem to be it. It's in a place that has lots of extraneous noise so it just blends in. Given that, I'm going to keep it. Other than that, it works great in moving the air which is the important function. I downgraded my initial review from 5 stars to 4.

I’ve purchased 3 of these. The best table top fans I’ve ever had. Blows hard; last a long time. Great quality!

This is my second one of these. The first one still works and ran in a store nonstop for 4 years. Quiet, 3 speeds, tiltable, works well in more confined areas.

I used this V10 off and on for several years. I liked all the features it has.i did have two issues. The first thing that happened to it was the fan stopped rotating left to right, no big problem for me. Latter the fan got to be very noisy. I decided to look into the warranty this fan had. After answering a few questions and sending a photo of the date code I received a reply that a new replacement fan would be on it's way.Outstanding, why can't other company's stand behind there product like this?Well done Vornado ! I will only buy from you.Looking forward to purchasing one of your DC Fans soon.Thanks RDG

This little fan is so compact and cute and quiet I love it

We used this fan at a friend’s home in Florida and ordered one before we left so we could have it on our doorstep when we got home! It has a calming sound and we loved the noise it made as we slept. It puts out a nice amount of air without blowing everything around within its path. I’m sure we will make a repeat purchase!

I love Vornado Products - I now have 2 Fans, Model #FlippiV10 which provides oscillation and Model FlippiV6, which is a very nice desk fan. They are very attractive, provide good air circulation, are quiet and well built.

DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU ARE A UK USER - IT DOES NOT HAVE AN ADAPTER AND WILL NOT WORK.per the title - there is no adapter in the box so the product is unusable. frustrating and having read some of the less glowing reviews on here I wonder if it was actually worth purchasing. I will update this review with my review of the product but I won't be giving it more than 3/5 - if you're selling this for UK market at least give some clear indication of need for an adapter or (brace yourself) include said adapter. It's cost me an additional £11.99 for two (don't even need two!) to get this bloody thing working. Not good enough, frankly.UPDATE: I got the adapters and it still didn't work. garbage. I have a vornado (larger unit) which is great and did have a UK adapter so there really isn't any excuse. down goes the review to 1/5. dont bother.

It's a small and compact fan that rotates silently about 60 degrees, if activated. No kinks or rattling and no frustrating surprises. The low and medium speeds are quiet and the high setting is comfortable and acceptable. It gives out a fair amount of air and it can be set in a fixed position. As for the vortex effect, I'll need a bit of time to provide a true appreciation. Summer is here so it's time to buy!

Great little fan. I use it on my kitchen island to circulate the air while prepping and cooking food. Relatively quiet on settings 1 and 2. A bit louder on 3 three, but that's expected. It is bigger than I had anticipated but works well overall. Not many fans of this size offer oscillation function. Plus it's great that you can also adjust the angle of the air to blow higher or lower.My only minor issue was the color. When I first took it out of the box I was not a fan of the color. It's similar to the old white keyboards that have discolored after many years of use. Cream plus yellow color. However having said that, its pros definitely outweigh this minor con and I have grown to like it a lot. If you plan on having this fan to blend into your decor and design of the space, it is not as white as it appears in photos. I also have the Vornado room circulator for years and they both have not disappointed.

I had misgivings about ordering an expensive fan, but the Vornado is worth it. It's small, cute, and quiet yet powerful. I've only had it a few days, so I can't speak about its sturdiness. If it breaks after a short period, I'll edit this review and take away a star. But for now, I'm giving it five stars.
