Description

Elmers Craft Bond Rubber Cement with a brush in cap. May be used for temporary or permanent bonding without wrinkles or stains. Cement is acid free and photo safe and great with photos or artwork. Add thinner to keep optimum consistency for smooth spreading. Gum one surface for papers to be repositionable and both surfaces for a more permanent bonding. Any excess cement can be rubbed off easily. Sold as a 4 ounce jar.
