Return Rip-Off
Bought this head and bank one would not print. I purged several times and nothing. They approved return as defective then claimed I did not send back the one they sent me and only refunded $50+ of my money. Total ripoff! If you need to return, video everything! From the serial number to the shipper packing otherwise you may be scammed as well.
