It was really nice! Now I use it every day and my room has never been so clean as it it right now!I can control it through my phone which is pretty convenient! It can also help me clean my carpet which used to be a huge problem to me!

I was very excited when I first got this product. I have run it probably about 7 times. It took about 5 times of running to create any kind of map of the house. The map still missed the kitchen and a bedroom despite going in these spaces before. Nonetheless, I was happy overall, as it seemed that it could get through my apartment in one go and I heard that it updates the maps with new spaces it finds. However, the past couple times running it have seemed off. It is not picking up the hair as well despite being on the second to highest setting and the battery ran out quite quickly, when previously it had been able to cover the whole apartment in one go. I’ve seen reviews of people with much larger homes saying it is able to do theirs in one or two rounds so I am a bit confused about why it would not be able to do mine like it had been. Hoping the battery isn’t perpetually lower now for some odd reason. It is a bit finicky about remembering the spaces but I don’t want to give up on it because I felt like it was doing well when we first ran it a few times. Hoping it goes back to how it seemed before. Overall, most times running it it did a good job of picking up hair on the wood and even some stuff from carpet (though not anything deep but I didn’t expect anything deep), however this past timeA lot of hair was left and I’m not sure why that would be.

It was too good to be true.Purchased in November. Use between 1 to 2 times a week and now little over 3 months the robot is having problems. Either she is wanting us to clean the storage bin, being clean, stays in one spot not moving anywhere, changing from vacuum to vacuum and moping constantly while she is cleaning… A mess… Totally broken in such a short rime and light use.

Bought this last January and It worked like a breeze first 2 weeks, but it was not connecting to internet soon after.Tried to connect and had to reset it multiple times to set it up whole again. And Same problem happened repeatedly.On top of this, it does not find its charging station constantly and gets lost.Expected to have a peace of mind but it was cumbersome. Always have to pick it up to charge and press button again to make it work because it stops in the middle of cleaning (with nothing stuck in it). My return time is passed (should have returned in time) and I will not purchased this again.

Updating my review after the first few uses. It turns out I just needed to be patient. It took a couple weeks but it eventually did find every room and map it. I will say I think the mapping feature of the app could use some updating. The setting to get into mapping is not turned on by default and is not the most intuitive description. Somehow it also figured out not to get wedged into my furniture. Voodoo I suppose.Anyway, be patient. Great value.
