Just purchased i was so excited to receive it. Box didn’t come sealed, the carrier has a weird smell to it, i go the black and it has some white spots on it, probably from not being wrapped ir sealed in the box. I honestly can’t tell if it’s even new or not. Highly likely to just return simply because of the price I expected it to at least be packaged properly to look new.

I’ve bought many other carriers and my baby hated them, however this one is the one! My baby falls asleep and give me an hour to rest the house. She sleeps so comfy in there and it’s a plus that you’re able to adjust it depending on baby’s age!

I really wanted this baby carrier because it checked off all the features I wanted. Pros: It has great lumbar support which helps as the baby gets bigger. It has a length adjustment which keeps the baby comfortable as it grows. Great mesh for air flow which keeps the baby cool. It has an attachable rain cover (shown in pic 2) which is beneficial for rainy days. The front fanny bag is very convenient for storing your wallet and or cell phone. I also like the age range it can be used for, which is one of the main reasons we bought it. Not many support up to 45lbs. Cons: The majority of the safety support comes from the top back clip (highlighted on the picture) which can be a bit difficult to clip on your own due to the high placement. Without that clipped on, the shoulder straps will easily slide off. I do think it is a bit pricey compared to other carriers out there. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Got it for 1 year old, but he didn't like it. Previously used baby bjorn brand so might have to go back to that brand. Tried forward facing and back facing, but no matter the position, he wasn't having it. It was okay to buckle, minor chemical smell. Toddler just didn't like it, bought it cause it was highly rated.

I absolutely hate the strap its to low and u cant lift it up feels like baby could fall but material is strong easy to use last long has well u can wash it easily

Update: Ok- It turns out the sun shade being sewn upside down is a bigger issue than I first wrote about. As it’s Texas and the 80 degrees weather came out- I used it this week and discovered it won’t cover her head correctly in the future because of the seam and I don’t think my stitching skills can fix this (and come on $200!) - so I’m returning and ordering a new one- fingers crossed I love this carrier. I love this carrier! Not a fan of the steep price, but I have 4 other carriers and my sassy daughter refused to ride in any of them for longer than 3 minutes. She’s at the stage where she always wants to be held (infants...so needy) and I need my hands to accomplish things during the day. I finally broke down after reading multiple reviews and having my friends tell me if I was going to do the ergo baby, get one where she can face out when she gets bigger for less crotch hitting. I also liked the large weight scale as she just hit 9 pounds so I’ll be able to use this for awhile. I’m pretty small (like just under 5’4) and I did have to work a little bit to get the shoulder straps to fit on on my tiny shoulders. I have them on the tightest and was a little humbug about that until I realized I can also cross the shoulder pads to be more secure. I guess it does help to read the directions because this thing is so versatile with so many features you might forget what all you’re getting if you wing it. Anyways, we have a rescue farm and this thing is amazing! It’s comfy on my back and she falls asleep in it! Falls Asleep!!!! Ladies and gentlemen—- Winner! ***The only defect I’ve found so far is the cover- I finally pulled it out the other day and realized the fabric was stitched upside down - so the logo rubs the top of her head instead of facing outwards. I have to say, I’m pretty bummed about it for such an expensive carrier, but I can just sew a little piece of felt on it as I really don’t want to go a week without a carrier for trying to exchange it. Le sigh. So check that first out of the box before you start using it and falling in love with it.

I have a small baby, only 5lbs at birth maybe 10 lbs 2.5 months later. I tried the Moby wrap but it’s a bit complicated and as babe is getting bigger I’m feeling more strain on my back with it. Neither of us like how it squishes baby to my chest, plus all those extra layers makes us too hot. I also have a structure baby carrier, one with the foam seat, which I think is a good idea in concept, but she does not fit in this at all, poor design no support and the instructions are nonexistent. I finally had it and went looking for a good cooler carrier that fit my narrow hip small baby. The Ergo 360 Omni mesh fit the bill. I love that I can adjust how narrow the seat is and it’s very well padded. It is really easy to adjust to fit baby’s needs and the instructions are very easy to follow with zoomed in pictures to see how to adjust. I know she’s comfortable because after going in baby sleeps for hours while I get stuff done. I’ve only been using this a few days and I’m fine tuning how to adjust all the straps so we’re both comfortable. The key is I have multiple ways to adjust this carrier for both our benefit. I will say I am feeling some strain on my lower back but I’ve been carrying her for hours over last few days as I bend and squat to clean house. This carrier is noticeably cooler than my other 2 carriers but it is still warm, I keep an eye on baby to make sure she’s not overheating. I recommend this to a friend with a 2 month old who will not be put down or screams (much like mine) since she is moving and needs her arms free. I’ve been told it’s been a blessing baby isn’t crying and she can get some stuff done. This carrier is this momma and baby approved. Oh and the phone pocket is a great design! Even with bending and moving my phone never fell out of the front pouch. Love the little zipper pocket which I haven’t used yet but seems like it will fit my money clip or a couple small baby essentials like a pacifier.

I absolutely love this baby carrier! The moment my baby is inside, he falls asleep so quickly—it’s that comfortable for him. It’s also very comfortable and easy to wear once you get the hang of it, which makes outings so much easier. One feature I really appreciate is the built-in pull-in shade. With other carriers, you often have to buy a separate hat or cover to protect your baby’s head from the sun and wind, but this carrier already has it included. It gives me peace of mind knowing my baby is both safe and cozy. Highly recommend this carrier for comfort, convenience, and thoughtful design!
